The HBC installs a channel right, so can we use the code from the installer to create a new wad installer for 4.0?

Hmm i see 2 little problems:
1. If i remember correctly one member of team twiiizers(the creators of the HBC) said that 4.0 fixed the bug which was used to install the HBC
2. Only team twiizers has the code for the HBC installer
