1.) How often do Sky3ds cartridge get obsolete? if they add a feature in teh future like a cheat system will they replace the current cartridge with a new one?

2.) I have a normal US 3ds that can run gateway and i have emunand on it can i transfer that to my japanese 3ds?

3.) will the sky3ds work on japanese new 3ds xl?

4.) is there a way for me to update my Monster Hunter 4G on my new 3ds xl Japanese without updating my firmware?

1) Apparently the latest sky chip that's just being released has an upgradable firmware, only time will tell if they release new ones with new features

4) If you have a CFW/gateway you should be able to install a cia update for it or spoof the eshop using HANS or the other spoof method
