Hacking Question about Gamma Loader!!!

Hi I have really quick question is it possible to load or set Gamma Loader 002 Fix with FORCE NTSC always set to yes.

If it is possible how can I go about to do this.....

Also If it is done will there e any harm if I load games that are already NTSC.

You need to download a version that auto-forces NTSC
and it will not harm if you play NTSC games
