Am based in ireland so this is relavent to europe:
1.Are Flascards region locked ie will one bought in America work on a european 3DS.
2.Have Bought a RTS Lite being told that it was the best card(I was looking for one that could play ndsgba,gb games but since the seller in the shop was asian it was difficult to get that through he just kept saying it was the best card(http://www.r4isdhc.com/silver-evaluation-2/ ) and am wondering does it play only NDS games and can it play GBA,GB,SNES games.
3.Being based in europe are there any reliable online stores that i can buy a supercard DSTWO alongside a 32gb memory card(I have ALOT of Games)

1. The DS was not region locked and neither are its flash carts. The 3ds is region locked but the gateway (which is the only thing to play 3ds roms at present) is not region locked either.
2. That is probably just another R4 named thing. There are a few and I would be surprised if it survives the next 3ds update if it even works on the current one at all.
There are SNES, GB and GBA emulators for the general DS. GB/GBC is near flawless as far as I am concerned, SNES does pretty well (though if it got ported/remade on the DS I would give that a look instead) and GBA exists and is often worth a punt but it is not great and certainly no PC or non supercard GBA flash cart. By virtue of the extra processing onboard the DSTwo it has better emulators for the SNES and GBA (SNES is not PSP or PC good but better than most and GBA is good enough for nearly all games).
3. Why do you need to buy a SDHC at the same time? You can get those anywhere. European shops. They do exist, many are quite good and about the only downside is they will tend to be more costly having already imported the things and maybe having to do tax of some form as well. http://shoptemp.net/country/UK/ and http://shoptemp.net/country/Europe/ should have a few. I have not really purchased much of anything in years at this point so I will hold back on the suggestions.

1. Flashcard regions are not necessarily locked, as FAST said above.
2. That flashcart may (I don't remember off the topic of my head) be able to with an EZ Flash 3 in 1 that can be used, but a more practical solution would have been to search for a Supercard DSTwo.
3. I'd suggest looking at places like nds-card.com, card-nds.com, dsflashcart.com. realhotstuff.hk, or the list on Shoptemp for a DSTwo, which is fairly affordable at this point. For a Micro SD, I don't know how it is in Ireland, but I'd highly suggest avoiding the SD cards from Chinese resellers and flashcart sellers, as they tend to not work as well. If there's an Amazon.com equivalent in Ireland I'd suggest giving it a look. ;)

so is the Gateway legit and are there actual 3ds roms?if so where?

Gateway is legit, so long as your console is on 4.1 to 4.5 firmware. 3DS ROMS are found on Google. Use it. If you cannot find 3DS ROMs, you really shouldn't be using a Gateway, lol.

yeah was just suprized to see that 3ds roms were now availible. So even the 3d effect works on them anyone here used them? Also how would i know where to know what my consoles firmware was?Would the flashcards be able to use 32-64GB SD Cards as I also have ALOT of movies/music id like to put on a DSTwo and carry aorund with me I travel on long journeys on busses across the country so it would be good to carry stuff i download from youtube with me.So yeah just to reconfirm A DSTwo bought from american store would work on eurppean 3ds?
Am going to buy DSTwo online and check some stores for the micro SD cards just to make sure im not ripped off and compare with Amazon for prices

Just so you know, 3DS roms don't work on a DSTwo... Only a Gateway can play 3DS roms.
I haven't tried it myself, but I am fairly sure that the 3D effect works just fine.

You can find your console firmware version in the bottom right of the top screen when you enter your system settings.

Yep, the 3D effect works great. You can check your 3DS' firmware in the settings: klick me.
At least 32GB MicroSD cards are confirmed for the most flashcards, however only the GW3DS supports currently the 3DS Mode (with 3DS only games and 3D display etc.).
Yep, a DSTWO bought from an american store works on an european 3DS because the DS mode is region free. Why don't you buy the DSTWO directly from Europe?

what is the firmware resqurements for the DStwo? can you select the level of firmware to update as one of my oldish 3ds is at version 2.20-OE. my newre 3dsxl is 6.1.0-9e.
would these be too high and low for both the DSTwo and Gateway?

The DSTWO can work with both.
But your 3DS XL is too high and you have to update your other 3DS with a game to come to 4.1 to 4.5 to use the Gateway.

So ill never be able to use gateway with the 3dsxl?How exactly do I update the normal 3DS to precisley to 4.1 to 4.5 without going too high?

You have to buy a game with the 4.5 update included. May I recommend Animal Crossing or Luigi's Mansion as they are both great (and Animal Crossing is one of the four games that Gateway doesn't support... well doesn't support yet).
