Hacking Question about Flash Cart, Registering, Club Nintendo.

Quick question because I'm the cagey type:

I just got a shiny new 3DS with a shiny new LoZ: OOT and an Acekard 2i. Can I register my 3DS so I can collect those fancy coins for Club Nintendo, or should I hold off doing those things and fly under the radar because I'm using a flash cart? Will registering products and using the flash cart put me on the radar?

I don't want the FBI coming to my house tomorrow.

1. The FBI cares a sh*t about which card you use

2. Nintendo won't do anything, they wont brick your 3DS, they wont report etc.
3. If you are still not sure, turn off to send informations to Nintendo.

the only time, if any, that you would be on the "radar" , would be when you are illegaly downloading ssaid roms.... and only if that rom is flagged.... ninty does not care. they only care enough to try and block the carts from being used...

But its not illegal to download ROMs and ISOs when you own the games right? I mean what if your like me and you got a collection of 50+ DS games but want the convenience of having your whole collection on a flashcart (and I own every game I download.) Is that wrong what I'm doing?

No, it's illegal to dump games regardless of whether you own them or not. Whether it is ethically wrong or not, that's your decision to make.

No not really. I guess that varies per country.
Atleast here you can backup whatever the fuck you own and play it with whatever you like.

anyway, i've been personally using my flashcart a lot on my 3DS and i bought stuff on the eshop even after playing a game

Supposing they have a way to know you have been using your FK, still they have no way to prove you have been using it plainly for homebrew or roms. Anyway it sounds stupid for them to ban you or whatever from the eShop, since if you are using a fkart the only way for them to leech you money is from the content there.

Those FBI advertises in DVD and stuff are just for show afaik, so yes, you won't have Scully and Mulder in your door anytime soon.
