Hacking Question about EZ Flash 3 in 1 cart.

Will it work with a M3 DS Real because I've heard this has great gba emulation?
The M3 DS Real's GBA emulator is pretty bad and most of the time will not save properly unless I've been doing something wrong
is there GBA game patcher around?
Specifically I've been wanting to play Mother 3.
Should I have gone to the M3 forum first?
