I want to install RxTools in my old3ds (9.2), but which emunand is better: gateway or emunand9? (I don't have any flashcard).
Also, which is the best cia installer? I've heard that BBM is faster than FBI. Can I install BBM or DevMenu without a flashcart? If so, does it need to be at 4.X or can I install it on 9.2? Sorry if this has already been asked, but I didn't found it.
