Hacking Question about DLC

Is there a way to obtain DLC if no one has uploaded a package for said game? I can't find any downloads for the game's DLC.

I believe you can obtain game updates with a method that gets them from sonys servers, But not aware of any way to do this with DLC

I'm not upto date on any newer methods to dump DLC. The old method involved creating a fpkg DLC without data 128kb in size to install which unlocks DLC. This only works if the DLC data was included in a update/patch. You'll have to look at patch notes for your game and find guides online on how to do this. In any case DLC with data will need to be dumped from the actual console.
