Everywhere and the next place I read that it's not safe to delete titles from system settings data management when on emunand (in my specific case new3ds 9.5.0-28E RXTools), but does that also count for Virtual Console games? I very recently installed the patched AGB_Firm and my Virtual Console titles from eshop way back that came across the whole transfer of single sysnand to split emunand (they are titles from 3DS ambassador thingy) still don't open.
I am currently working on getting couple of those titles as cia using the maker for that - but first I therefore need to know if I can safely delete the current existing titles using the default system data management
