Homebrew Question about cubic ninja hack

I have already tried this and homebrew works fine but if i copy the game on to a new sd card thst goes in sky3ds then its not patched anymore. But if I put the original sd card back in sky3ds then homebrew works again. The internal sd card has all the files hombrew files on so i dont know when i copy cubic ninja to a new sd card that it doesnt work anymore.

hello MY sdcard card is 128 gig as such I wanted to put cubic ninja on my 4gig card so I can just use that sd card to lunch my homebrew. I did copy the cubic ninja game and its sav file across to the 4 gig card but not work so I am wondering is there a hidden file on my 128 gig card that i need to drag across ?

just transfer the game and delete the .sav and setup ninjahax again. Should work now
