Hacking Question About CIA's Showing Up in Sysnand

I successfully downgraded by 3ds. I installed some cia's in emunand, but they show up in sysnand and they give a message saying the software can not be launched and to redownload it from the eshop. Is there a way to get rid of the icons and just have them in emuand.

Format your syanand with se card out pf your 3ds, but youll have to reinstall the mset exploit
