Hacking Question about banned wii

I have not been banned yet, but I play Brawl+ and in case Nintendo decides to be a douche about it I want to know how to unban myself.

I heard that formatting the wii works, in that case I would have to back everything up, which I'm ok with

They wont ban your wii for using backups.

only way for getting your wii banned is if u cheat online. If that's what you plan to do i am not willing to help ya

If you use the + codes online, Nintendo might consider that cheating. They check their network for irregular activity and the modified brawl+ codes stand out of course.
But if you just play offline, nothing will happen
