Hacking Question about a ban

Ok I've looked through the forum but I've gotten mixed answers and some answers that aren't really my case. I'll be as detailed, yet as short, as possible.
I downloaded fornite to play with my brother. Never played before on the switch. I'm running Atmosphere CFW btw. ANYWHO, I get a banned message with fornite, HOWEVER, I can download and buy games from the eShop, update, and play Tetris 99 online with no issues. I can also play the NES and SNES online in a room waiting for friends or play with friends. I'm wanting to go and actually buy some of the games I've tried out so that I can make a legit backup and play those with my personal card certs, but I don't want to go and spend a bunch of money if I'm restricted. To summarize, I get the console banned error with fortnite but not with the eshop or Tetris 99. Any ideas? Also to clarify, I have never downloaded or played fortnite on this switch until last night. Which is when I got the error. eShop still loads and I just finished a match of Tetris 99 for another test. Thanks for any insight.

You should never go online with your sysnand if you've used CFW on it. That's why we have emunand. You're probably flagged by Nintendo for the next ban wave.

I’ve been away from the scene for a while. I was on 6 up until a couple weeks ago. I guess I need to do the whole emunand stuff now. May be too late but oh well. I only just recently got back into the switch. Planned on getting a new one by the end of the year for my fiancé and I and get us sword and shield. Just wanted to ask about that weird ban message I’m getting. I’ve seen people say that if I’m console banned then I wouldn’t be able to use the eshop at all or play anything online. However it’s just fortnite saying I can’t. Everything else works fine.

do you get these error codes:

Otherwise is there a chance you got banned with your fortnite account?

2124-4618 is the error I get when trying to play Fortnite. It says console ban when I search Nintendo for that error but what confuses me is the fact I can still play Tetris 99 and I can download and play other games from the eShop. Ive played about 5 matches of Tetris 99 online and I’m currently playing the SNES collection “waiting for a friend to connect”.
