Sadly, it sounds a lot like "urethra", and google still shows you that when searching for "uretro".

Believe it or not, URetro is actually the Esperanto word for uretrha. Which is unfortunate.

Tbh. I don't think many of the names suggested are that great (sorry!) and a name will probably "click" with you as you are developing it. You'll accidentally get a name. (Hope you understand what I mean by this).
