Hacking Quark fails and driver gets corrupted?

So I installed the zadig driver lib usbk v3.0.7.0. It showed SUCCESS after installing. I checked device manager and everything was fine (no yellow warnings). Then I open Quark and get USB FAIL error so I go to device manager and theres a yellow warning icon for the switch driver. Reinstalled the driver about 4 times now and results in the same behavior. How can I fix this? am I missing some file?
