Gaming Quake2DS help

Hi,
I have EZ Flash IV and Acekard 2 and I try to run Quake2DS, which needs slot 2 card.
I try to start, but nor selecting EZ Flash nor Autodetect works. Tried with all speeds.
What's the problem?
