Hacking [Q]Regionchange

Hello i read that on a Regionchange Emunand you can only acces the eshop when the 3ds where the Secureinfo_A come from was not online. Is this because of the eshop Account? When yes can it be done when the eshop Account being erased in the eshop settings?

This is now obsolete information. You can just dump your consoles own Secureinfo_A then hex edit it to change it to your target region. And, if you are region changing an O3DS, you can access the eshop. Unfortunately, region changed N3DS cant, not unless you do a very hectic and not noob friendly guide that yifan_lu provide somewhere in this forum.

I'm curious, would this hectic guide allow me to use the JPN eshop on my sysnand (would function normally if I bother to update to 11.0) and get access to the NA eshop on emunand? I already have moved onto CIAngel, but I have had issues with finding updates (specifically ssb4 1.1.6 when it was initially released)

It is an 2DS so it should work like o3ds i think

Technically it should, but to be honest I really can't tell since I didn't tried it since I dont know what to do either. You can ask yifan_lu about the details though.

Now i get error 005-5602 when i try to enter the eshop changed EUR to US
I deleted my eshop account before
