Just got* NTR Working
I was just wondering if there was a list of cheats for US games, found X/Y/OR/AS on this forum, but that is all I can really find.

Look on speedfly.cn for cheat plugins. It might take some time until you know how to navigate on that site, since it's in chinese.

I read in a few places that the chinese ntr cheats only work on chinese games? Is this true?

Not true.
Usually to us, the word "Chinese Games" is refer to "Translated-Into-Chinese Games", so basically they are still JPN/USA/EUR games, and share the same cheats. Only some TWN/CHN games may have different cheats from others, but they're quite rare.
