No, not Puzzle Chronicles. An actual, official Puzzle Quest 2.
Sorry if it's been mentioned, but I did google and couldn't find it on this site (though it was hard to tell, with all the references to Galactrix as "Puzzle Quest 2".)
Looks like they kept the basic concept of having lots of items and spells -- jeez, why couldn't any of the imitators get the fact that all the various combinations of armors and spells were what made the original game fun? Every single imitator cut down on the options drastically.
