I have a retail cart of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and would like to transfer my save to for use with Gateway. Is there any homebrew that can pull my save from my retail cart and decrypt it for use with Gateway?

you *might* be able to, dump the save using the build in save dumping feature in the GW menu
check if the save is 512kb, if it is, dump the game using the built in game dumping feature, rename it to .3dz and rename the dumped save to the games titleID
00040000000B1D00.sav for EU or 00040000000AE400.sav for US
