Thx for answer thesjaakspoiler!Did you test the power supply disconnected from the PS5 main board?
In case you did, start checking other component like capacitors on the board.
When you remove the mosfets, do you have a short to ground?
If you tried the power supply while it was connected to the PS5, you could also have some short on the main board.
In case of lightning or some massive discharge, the whole power supply could be beyond repair.
Soldering 2x mosfet 60r160p, replace 2xR R100, output 12.15vThx for answer thesjaakspoiler!
Yes, psu meassure apart, 12.15v, ps5 tested with cpu psu, runs without problem
UPDATE:
Have two psu, same problem, i´ve can see, the mosfet in red circle, are in short, in both psu, so, need to investigate that
Checked schotty diode, are good or not?
Google says: "If the diode is a Schottky type, this value is too high (it should be 0.2V - 0.4V), so it would be wrong if it is that specific type"
UPDATE2:
Are mosfet original 60r190p or 60r160p? Somebody know?
Changed qn4106, with same result, clip soundThx for answer thesjaakspoiler!

Psu isolated. Hearing a "clip" sound every some seconds
Meassure voltage in mosfet:
Variable: from 280v, going down to 200v, in 200v hear "clip" sound, voltage in mosfet 280v again, and going down again
UPDATE:
qn4106 suspicious
Solved!Changed qn4106, with same result, clip sound
