Hardware PSTV cannot detected by laptop

i have a pstv 3.68 and want to use hencore, but the problem is my laptop cannot search PSTV.
im using qcma btw, laptop and PSTV connected with the same network, so i dont know what's the problem why my laptop cannot search my device.
any help is highly appreciated, thanks!!!

Are you sure network is not disabled in QCMA settings?
Is QCMA allowed by your firewall?

You may have to install the driver for qcma again. Zandig and there is a video on it on YouTube.
