Hacking PSTV and Xbox one controllers

Hi,
is there the possibility to have a plugin for Playstation TV to enable Xbox One controllers on it? On Nintendo Switch we have MissionControl which enables most common third party controllers on the Nintendo Console. I hope some developer could help making a same tool for pstv/psvita.
