Super Hydorah is a fw 3.61 game but works thanks to reF00D.
Game plays okay but there is no background music just sounds effects.

Anyone have a fix?

UPDATE: Game V1.0 bgm works. V1.01 and the bgm is silent.

I don't use pkgj but it's not playing the BGM on my 3.60 Vita using Re-patch + Compatibility pack either using the rip from NSP Browser 0.94. Tested it with Ref00d while disabling re-patch and the BGM is still broken.

You do not need compatibility pack if your on fw 3.65 as the game requires 3.61+

Turns out version 1.0 the bgm is working.

Applying the 1.01 update patch breaks the bgm on my 3.60 system.

From what I've found on the internet, is that you have to have an internet connection or else the BGM will not start. I noticed this myself when I got home and tried to play again. It seems to be a bug with the game itself, but the devs probably won't fix it as the Vita is a dead system anyways.

I have my psvita spoofed on 3.69
I am in flightmode (no internet)
And I have sound, the game plays fine.

Did you start the Vita connected to the internet and THEN went into flight mode? Cause the game music will still load. Try turning on flight mode and then restart you Vita and see if the music still starts.

I always have it on flight mode.
The moment I take it off flightmode into wifi my Vita wants to update and starts downloading the FW update. So I never do that again.

the latest firmware version is 3.70. use the dns for your firmware version to block updates. there's also an option in system settings to prevent firmware updates from downloading.

I just went back to this game tonight after updating Henkaku to version 11. Previously, I was using 3.60 変革-10 and also enabled both Nonpdrm and reF00d plugins together and now the BGM using V1.1 update of this game now works.

Not sure if updating to Henkaku 11 fixed it or a combination of the plugins. Just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you never found a fix.

Edit: Ignore that. It's actually a bug or that the devs intended you to have a internet connection because it affects the original carts too.

If you have no internet connection enabled or have Airplane mode ON, the game has no BGM. The BGM only works with a valid internet connection, so when i tested it again, i forgot my console was online.
