PSPContentManager won't sort my games

I downloaded this program after not using it since the last time I had a PSP only to find out that it no longer sort my games. I can sort them in the program itself, but when applying my changes, nothing happens on my PSP.

What am I doing wrong?

I was never able to get Content Manager to work well. Use HomeBrew Sorter (HBSorter). It runs on the psp directly.

not sure what could be going on, but psp content manager even works with the vita as long as you make the root pspemu folder.
