Does it work with the battery removed?
IIRC if a battery is in service mode then it need a mmstick in order to work.
The green light and black screen is without the battery.
Every button combo won't work. While the psp is turned off. Hold R, then turn the psp on, keep holding R, If you go to a recovery menu. Then it is bricked. Just restore and reinstall CFW using the recovery menu / magic memory stick.

Because it had a sticker on it that says pandora and the one pin is broken. It is indeed bricked then. What makes you think the battery that is in the psp, has been and is in service mode / paradora battery mode?

The Battery is broken and i already know that it is hard bricked.Ok,
What model is the psp?
Firstly before reading below... disconnect the battery and AC adaptor. Plug the battery in. Does it auto turn the psp on? If it does, that's good, it is already in service mode. Then you can read on. If not, then the battery might be broken or faulty. In the early days, people thought you had to hard mod the battery and that was the only way to get it in to service mode which caused over-bolting and heating. However, there is an app on the psp that came out that would change a value on the battery in self and put it in to service mode for you. Meaning you could use your normal battery for service mode and normal use.
Literally google "make magic memory stick psp" and select one of the top links, like, 7sins. Follow that process.
Once complete, put the memory card in. Remove the battery and reinsert the battery and the psp should auto turn on and the recovery menu will load. Then select one of the firmwares to install. Once you're at this stage let me know.
