Hacking PSP - This game cannot be started the data is corrupted - HELP

Keep getting this Error message when i open my Snes9x emulator (This game cannot be started the data is corrupted)

It fixes the issue when selecting Fast recovery but every time restarting the PSP i lose all my saved game data and the problem persists

Im very new to All this but i think i have 6.60 firmware

I have searched everywhere for a fix to this problem and nothing works Would be greatly appreciated if anybody could HELP

The game will not start without CFW installed, and the CFW is removed on every reboot. Of course, running Fast Recovery reinstalls the CFW, thus fixing the issue.
The game should not lose saved data, however. Which game are you playing?
