Gaming psp slowdown?

well i tried to add the screenshot plugin on my psp and i pressed the note button,then my psp slowed down when i use the menu,but when i play games it runs at nomal speed,anyway to fix this?

Open up the VSH menu and change the XMB speed back to default.

A "brick" is when the PSP won't turn on or be used at all.
