So I'm a Playstation Plus subscriber. Since I got PSNLover working, I decided to log onto my plus account, go to previous downloads (on my psp) and download the free minis I got this month (Age of Zombies and Fieldrunners.)

They downloaded and installed fine, but when I try to play them, it says that the game could not be launched or something like that.

I tried all the drivers (sony, original, m33) and none work.

Any suggestions? I'd really like to be able to play these minis, and all of the free minis that I'll be receiving over the next 14 months.

They're only Minis anyway. There was an article around here a few days ago about how only 1.7% of PSP owners actually buy Minis, so you can't be missing out on much. You can't even say 'well, they were free' 'cause you've got custom firmware, everything's free.

mini's do work fine in iso format

I don't think PSN downloaded games work on a CFW PSP.

Yes, they can -- you need to activate your PSP on PSN with OFW first. Then you can play all of your legit purchases on whatever CFW you feel like.

Bullshit. First install 5.50 GEN-D3 and then the Prometheus addon. Then go into account managment on your PS3 and activate the psp and finally copy them over to the psp. You might have to delete everything in Flash 2 (after deactivating it, if possible) for it to work. Finally, some plugins like pspetext and cfw folder blocker are incompatible with minis. I would bet the problem he is having is due to certain incompatible plugins.

Try disabling your GAME plugins. Certain plugins like cfw folder blocker and pspetext are incompatible with minis.

Err... yes I'm on prometheus 5.50

The only plugin I'm using right now is PSNLover. Ironically, you need to be logged into a PSN account to play downloaded stuff. So if I disable it, I won't be able to play it.

Any better suggestions?

most mini's are 5.50/5.55 so you need to decrypt the eboot.
also, if your on m33 use edecrypt's patch function to kill the version check.

i'm on m33 and run all the mini's just fine after decrypt&patch.

also, believe it or not, mini's often have a firmware update bundled with them.
it's usually much bigger than the game.

i took lock&chase from about 100meg to 1.6 ish by ripping the update and boot.bin and compressing to cso level1
