Hacking psp mini pic0 can't be 400 x 272?

I tried to replace the zenonia pic0 and icon0 but i can't get the pic0 to show up as a 400 x 272 image but instead it becomes small.

It's 480 by 272.

That's because that's pic0, and you've found it seems to have a fixed maximum size. If you want a background it's pic1, not pic0.

Make sure the PNG has a 24bit depth. Others have troubles showing.
