Homebrew PSP menu for ds?

This was a homebrew that was introduced about a month ago or so? they seemed to be making good progress on it, and they announced it was in a closed beta. however, its been quite a while now, and i've heard nothing? is the project dead? i would give u guys the name, but i forgot it lol.

He's a bit busy right now... And he isn't taking anymore beta testers. PALib Topic He says he will release a newer (Beta?) in August and is also working on a ini editor(with a GUI) that will make it easier to edit since most of the settings can only be made that way.
