Hacking PSP ISO's Yet?

I saw the below video on Youtube. The guy claims you can play ISO's on the vita with some guy named N3rOS4T's exploit. Is ti true? can anyone confirm their vita as being "hacked"

Ignore anything that requires you to do a survey to get it. That means they're making money off of you, and it's fake.

yah im also kind of bummed, me and 2 of my friends have been playing MHP3 for a few weeks now when we get together....and id so love to play it on my vita instead...
