Hacking PSP iso on PS Vita help

I have download PSP iso on my PS Vita using Chovy Sign and when i shall start game i get this error" Unable to start this program. you must re-download the program from [Download List] in [PS Store] (C0-11136-2)
How can i get PSP iso to work?
My PS Vita are not jailbreaket.

Chovy Sign work by use another game info to bypass the check, so you must not delete any game working using the same license. In this case you must use QCMA to transfer the game from PC to Vita again.

For your example:
You use game A to make a game B work, but actually all game in your Vita are working using license of game A. If you delete A or B, the license of A will get delete too, leave the B or A without any license and it show error. You fix by transfer game from PC to Vita, giving it the license of game A again.
