i cant get it. The X project site is down so i went here:http://www.psp-hq.com/download-file-53.html
and i made a profile and went to the downloads section. found it and hit download and heres what i get:http://www.psp-hq.com/downloads/pandora/pspgrader02.rar
WTF?
