Hardware psp go won't turn on

so my cousin's psp go won't turn on or charge any more he told me that his brother was playing it and when he returned from the gym it was on with a blue light he left it charging all night and now it wont turn on or charge any ideas?

It's screwed. You need to open it up and see what he did to it. He's obviously lying...

lol like 1 hour after i posted this we found out it fell in water by accident so he just going to return it he got a two year store warranty on it anyways so he is fine
