Hacking PSP Emulators

I am looking for GBA, GB, NES, SNES & N64 emulators that have a wide variety of settings that can be changed.

I currently have Snes9XTYL, NesterJ, DeadalusX64, GPSP however non of these emulators have a way of changing the settings and or using cheats.

Hmmm, I remember UO GPSP Kai having a fair range of options (but it doesn't run Pokemon Pinball so...)

Masterboy (GB/C/Master System/Game Gear) also has some customization, neither of these 2 emulators compare with the toolset of let's say the original VisualBoyAdvance on Windows, but some freedom - yup!

I use game genie cheats in that Nintendo emu
Pretty sure they have settings u can mess with. Not quite sure what settings ur looking for but while playing a game u just hit the button combo and it brings menu up

Actually ALL of them have cheats and they have plenty of settings.

It s an old console not a pc...
