Hello,

I recently picked up a PSP E1000 model (street) for a measily 20€. The device itself works fine, however, charging it is not easy. It takes some very fine tuning of the plug to get the device to charge, I assume the power connector itself is somewhat faulty.

I was looking to find a replacement online (it should probably be only a few cents), but I was not able to find the part anywhere. I was, however, able to find plenty charging plugs for the 3000 and 2000 models: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/AC-c...SP2000-PSP3000-psp-2000-3000/32820819038.html

Now, to me this *looks* identical to the one from the e1000, I am, however not sure if the cable lenght fits.

Does someone know if the plugs are identical between the 2000/3000/e1000 models?

Yeah, the length of the wire seems to be considerably different, but the picture of the ebay listing is shorter than the wire I currently ripped out of the e1000 :D

Might as well try getting a 3000 connector and lengthening the wires if needed.

Just a quick follow up. The power connector arrived today, the yellow connector part is identical, the wires are a lot shorter, though. I had to desolder the wires from the old connector and desolder them to the new one, but that worked fine. The connection is now stable again.
