Hacking PSP best emulator??

CSPSP, JPCSP, and ppsspp_win are your three main choices. All have their pros and cons, and since PSP emulation isn't exactly top-notch right now, it's worth using all three because some games might work in just some emulators.

Also I think the emulators still required decrypted binaries for the ISOs, meaning you'll need your PSP handy to do the decryption (just needs to be done once per game), unless they've updated to add support for it.

JPCSP is the most used PSP Emulator, however... PPSSPP also gained a lot of users over the past months

I personally recommend, JPCSP.
You might want to try all major ones (JPCSP, PPSSPP, & CSPSP) and pick your favorite.

While an emulator might get you through the games you want to play for the PSP, you might actually consider just picking one up. No only can you play PSP ISOs, but a number of other emulators cna be stuffed on to a PSP as well. Its a pretty capable system, unless you have say, a newer powerful android phone. That could also do the trick.
