is it possible to mix and match different psp models analogs for ex psp 1000 with the 3000 analog because i feel that the 3000 analog has a better feel and also my 1000 analog is starting to malfunction and i want to replace it so is it possible

They have different connections, plus 3rd party ones will feel differently.
