Hacking PSP 6.35 Downgrader help!

Ok im on 6.35 and my PSP 300 ran the downgrader bbut it said i need to charge first.I dont have a charger so I cancelled the downgrade and USB Charged my PSP after it reached 100% whenever I run the downgrader to downgrade to 6.20 for perma CFW it just gives me:
6.35/6.31->6.20 Downgrader by Davee

Please wait....

I wait about 20 seconds and then it shuts down
