Hacking Homebrew psp 2 psx question

I've converted a game that was a bin file but I just got a psx game in mdf format. Is there anyway to convert this type of file?

If anything, you can always mount the image and rip it like you would a regular CD using alcohol 120%. That's what I do.

Get MagicISO Trial and use the "Convert" function.
