Hacking psn on 3.65?

Hello im going to update from 3.60 to 3.65 can I log into my psn without getting a ban has anyone ever got a ban since I bought alot on that acount was just asking also If its ok to sync trophies on legit games not backups

even with trophy sync because I have a couple of physical vita game that i earned a bunch of trophies on
