The Launch of FF7 for the PSN Network make me think.
You can get those games in the PSN Network via torrent or something like the UMD PSP games?
Or paying it via PSN its the only way?
If they are selling the new games as digital content, where that leave us, the "back up" users?

I want to know this too, as The PSN hates my solo card

Think about what you are asking here.
Patapon 2 has been out for awhile and was Digital Download only, yet you can find it on the internet. Also think about older ones like Echochrome(US) which was also Digital Download.

Patapon 2 is only Digital Download in the US. European and Jap releases were on UMD, hence the dump.

I'm sorry. I fail to see the problem. You ask where it leaves ' "back up" users '. Are you actually complaining that because it's download only, there's nothing to back up? IT'S ALREADY A FILE ON MEMORY STICK, JUST LIKE A BACKUP. For this reason I believe by ' "back up" users ' you mean ' pirates '. I have a great idea for you - pay for the games you want. How would you like it if something you worked at for months/years was finally released, only for no-one to buy it because they can get it illegally for free. Don't tell me you'd be happy you only made one sale which was then copied and released for free. Because you would NOT be happy.

Woah, easy SifJar. As I said, I cannot shop from the PSN, as it hates Solo Cards.

Plus, I am almost always broke. So sit down an' shuddap.

PSN PSP games can be converted to ISO/CSO by some people(or rather, the iso can be ripped from the eboot)

PSN PSX games such as FFVII can just be ignored.
just get a PSX-eboot converter and load it through popsloader.

FF7 is out there but you need to use the 5.50 TXT file version hack to make it run! (it needs 5.50 firmware to run but this hack fools it into thinking 5.50 is installed)

although it works ... there is NO DIFFERENCE in the actual game between this and the EBOOT PSX 2 PSP version apart from its 1 file instead of 3

multidiscs can be merged into 1 eboot nowadays.
you should be able to make a single or double eboot version of FF VII
