PSM+ is ported to PSM Dev Unity, currently in testing
Rejuvenate currently does not work with Unity, and needs to be ported

Got into the beta and got my license for psn unity, still waiting for rejuvenate to be ported though before I can run anything.

I would stay on 3.15 and take advantage of TN-X (the ps1 game exploit to run ps1 isos with sound)
You can download one of the TN-X compatible games on ps3 and transfer it via the QCMA trick.
