The usa and jpn updates only have the first three on that list he posted.

The extra titles for EU are probably GDPR related.

I don't think this update fixes any hax, but wait for a second or third opinion.

CBHC users on EUR systems will have the system.xml replaced stopping CBHC autobooting. Just reinstall CBHC over the top.

Since when you enter in chbc you fw version is modified to 99.9999, i dont think it will update anyway

You just do the update and then go into homebrew and run the CBHC installer again and install it over the game you bought to do it originally.

99.99.99 makes no difference. You can update normally on a USA wiiu and it will be fine.

On USA and JPN machines it stays the same. On Eur machines it overwrites the system.xml that tells CHBC to autoboot. Just reinstall CBHC over the top.
