4 me it would be enough to play FF7 at the end of this month... i waited so long and didn´t want to update my 6.20 ...
would even love to play the demo, but update and lost my chance for an JB isn´t a option for me.
but didn´t think we will get sth soon, maybe winter 2024

I feel your pain...if you can afford it, maybe try your luck buying a Fat Ps5, they should be below 7.61 coz Ps5 Slim shipped with 7.40

One short question, i've bought the disc Version of Rebirth
Do you know If i must Update my console to Play the Game, or can i stay on 6.20?
Because if i need to Update, i will do it now for Demo Bonus in Full Game

I don't have FF7 Rebirth, but you could try booting your Ff7 disk, maybe it could play without updating...But if it wants you to update your Ps5 firmware do Not do it.

AMD 4800 processor, the x-bot series-X cpu, has been dumped. Possibly this could lead to a future series x exploit...but more importantly it could also lead to better Ps5 exploit.

AMD 4700 is also in the wild, the processors for the Ps5.

These are Ps5 and seriesX processors that were defective and could not meet the respective console's specs, so amd re-sold them as pc's.

Awesome coz 7.61 could have something in the works. Remember the Fl0w said not to update.

I've seen unboxing videos of slims which were on 7.40 so maybe it varies by region and/or bundle.

Nice. If I were your I would Not update and keep my fingers crossed on the 7.61 thingy. Or if you have $450 to spare buy the disk-less for online play.

Btw back in December 2021 I snagged two CFI-11xx on 4.03

One for me and one for my sister's daughter. They had been trying to buy a Ps5 since launch with no success.

They finally told me and I hooked them up. Told them not to update but they went ahead and updated.

Anyway my Niece came to regret that once Ps5 got jailbroken.

Sony have released a partial disclosure of the Fl0w's bug report for an 18 year old vulnerability that affects Ps5 8.20 and Ps4 11.00
