The indicated Capacitor next to the RAM chip appears to be:
capacitance: 5 uF (measured 4900-5000 nF). Closest available values seem to be 4.7 uf or 10 uf.
Size: 0402
Voltage: 6.3V or higher should be fine. The datasheet mentions voltages of 1.25V, 1.35V and 1.8V.
