Hacking PS4 Xploder Question - "Instant Access to Pre Beta Right Now?"

On their website, I noticed that it says "Pre-order now at the exclusive discounted price THIS WEEKEND ONLY and get instant access to the pre-beta!"

It also states:

• Download a game save and apply it to your own profile - the only software that enables you to access saves instantly through our extensive game database
• Works with the all the latest games, even games that profile lock their saves!
• Works with the latest PS4 firmwares without "jailbraking" or "modding"
• Assigns any save to your chosen PS4 profile

So if I bought this right now, does that really mean I can use their pre beta software at this very moment? I honestly don't know if I'm interpreting that sentence right or not.

And now the biggest question. I've asked the team several times and got no answer, so I'm not bothering with that again. I know some of the members here know the people behind this software, so maybe you will know. Is this device going to allow us to change the region of a save? If it does, and the pre beta really is available to use, could I do that right now if I bought it?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could answer this. Because I know I'm not going to get any answer from the team. Thanks.

Well, I guess I just made a somewhat pointless thread. There's a forum of people who are using it (http://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums...beta-now-available-report-issues-here-19.html), and the very first post says that a region resigner is coming later...oops

At least I know I guess (hooray, they are making it ). And it's also cool to know that not updating my PS4 was the right choice since it doesn't work with saves under 4.5 apparently (they have a patch to fix this for the actual release, if the info is accurate. Just not in pre beta). I'm still keeping my PS4 as is though just in case.

But yea, if anyone wants to try this, now's the time since their website says you can buy the pre beta this weekend only.

Random question, but is there any way I can change the title to become the official xploder thread, if anyone wants to discuss it? I don't think this has its own thread here yet.

I'm on the pre-beta right now and it doesn't seem to work very well. I'm not updated and I've followed the instructions to a T. However, half of the saves they provide don't resign. I can't get Bloodborne or Final Fantasy XV to work. It just fails to resign over and over. That or it freezes the program. I get that it's a beta, but still. You'd think it would be tested enough for the only purpose of the program to work, especially for a paid beta. Oh well, guess I'll keep futilely trying for another two hours.

That shouldn't be the case. They only allow you to use specific offline saves, NA and EU. They have both of those games available for NA to download.

As far as I can tell this shit only works because the companies run 1.76 ps4s to decrypt and encrypt saves. Seems like a service that could be very limited. Some patch could break the ability completely and then your year sub or lifetime sub or w/e goes up in flames.
