Hi. need help with user's guide web exploit. i updated to v5.05 and after setting my primary and secondary DNS after that going to either web brower or user's guide it doesn't open web exploit page and requires psn login. Any help regarding my issue?

DNS is fine
108.61.128.158
165.227.83.145

No, it's not.

Look at this:
$ dig @8.8.8.8 manuals.playstation.net ~
; <<>> DiG 9.11.5-P4-5.1-Debian <<>> @8.8.8.8 manuals.playstation.net
; (1 server found)
;; global options: +cmd

Look at the first invocation of "dig" using the Google 8.8.8.8 DNS server to resolve "manuals.playstation.net", it points to a Sony controlled IP address, as expected.

Then look at the second invocation using the 108.61.128.158 DNS server, it hijacks "manuals.playstation.net" to 108.61.128.158, something is wrong on your part.
