ok anytime after exploitation of my ps4 i can get a kernal panic

I've heard it's possible, but not that likely. I think @Leeful says that he usually opens, then closes a game. if no kernel panic, then the system won't kernel panic for him. I've never had it kernel panic afterwards either, but I'm afraid of it happening.
